Furniture brand
Four channels were being bought. One system was needed.
Google, Meta, SEO and social run as one chain rather than four line items: 7.4× blended ROAS, 32% cheaper clicks, 18% more repeat buyers.

The account
A leading home and lifestyle retailer, selling online and through stores, with a large catalogue and a social following that was doing nothing for revenue.
The diagnosis
The brand was buying four things: some Google, some Meta, some SEO, some social. Each had a budget and a report. None of them knew what the others had learned.
That is the normal arrangement, and it is why marketing gets more expensive over time instead of less. A product feed nobody enriched, bidding left on manual, creative that ran until it died, and a social audience treated as a vanity number rather than an asset the ads could aim at.
Four channels bought separately cost more than four channels run together. Every time.

The treatment
Google first, because the feed is the foundation. Shopping, Search, Performance Max and YouTube remarketing built as one architecture, on a product feed rebuilt with keyword enrichment, tagging and automated inventory sync. Bidding moved from manual CPC to target-ROAS, fed real conversion signals.
Then Meta as a full funnel. Video and carousel for awareness, collection and retargeting for consideration, dynamic catalogue for conversion — with lifestyle room visuals and offer-led creative tested continuously against lookalikes built from high-value customers.
Underneath both, the site and the tracking were fixed: crawl issues, page speed, on-page structure, GA4 eCommerce events. Without that the two channels are guessing at each other’s contribution.
The social following stopped being a number and started being an audience the ads could buy.
